Had a very nice stay for one night. Booked a queen room with all amenities, including a microwave and new carpet. - Everything was great, I enjoyed that. - the hotel was set in a central area next to Springfield and Eugene. - the place was located right off the highway.

Liked Springfield, the hotel was great and cute to a grocery store. The staff was courteous in any situation. The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from City of Destiny Church. Lots of food for breakfast, everything was excellent.

Convenient location in Springfield. Seemed like a safe location. Provides breakfast though we ended up going out with friends instead.
Non-smoking room smelled of old cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, hotel was booked and unable to change rooms. We paid more than I normally would for this class of hotel, but there was a Ducks game that night and hotels were full and prices inflated all over town. On a non game night this hotel would probably be a better value, but if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, stay somewhere else.

Stocked and large rooms with clean bathrooms. Exceptionally comfortable bed. - Particularly good and stunning location, within walking distance of everywhere. - Nearby Mohawk Tavern is a great place to chill out.

Great value. Beds were fairly comfortable. Large rooms. Not luxurious by any stretch, but I'm happy with what we got for the money.
Don't expect much out of the continental breakfast - there was very little. However, I still consider our stay a good one.

for our weekend the location was great and stunning, just off the outlets, and everything, food, shopping, stores. and there was carl's jr with short-orders a few steps away from the venue, super convenient.

Great staff, really super. Easy online scheduling. Quiet rooms. Reasonable rates.
Unfortunately, we based our trip on this Village Inn from past visits many years ago. First, let us say...your staff, very helpful, very friendly and tried the best we assume with what was at their means to do so. My husband and I had just completed our last leg of a travel trip between portland-Corvalls-Eugene and back to Corvallis. We had to gather family for a graduation at OSU, plus be in Eugene for our daughters training as a senior counselor for kids. Needless to say, by the time we were done for the day at Eugene, we went to Village Inn where our reservations were made. Addy was the wonderful young lady who not only kept our room secured until we got there (near midnight), but gave us a nice quite room. However by the time we checked in, turned the air on (it had been 80 degrees that day...) and took our showers...the A/C never came on. Even with calling your kind staff, they assured us to wait, it would kick in. Now it's 1am...the air never came on, we were already unpacked, showered and in pjs. We just gave us went to sleep. However our bed was quite odd in the "creaking" and "crunchy" sounds it made when you moved. Like newspaper was stuffed in the mattress. Again, 10 hours of driving, arriving at midnight, no air...we gave up and one of us slept on the couch. We had set aside apples and fruit bars for a breakfast and found that ants had covered our night stand and counters. We mentioned this at check out, but other than a quick apology, nothing was further mentioned regarding lack of air and sleeping in a sweltering room, a crackling, noisy mattred pad or worst of all, the ants. That's just unsightly and uncleaned. We remember the Village Inn as being reasonable price and clean. We just needed a good nights sleep after getting our family ready for the college grad day the following morning. But, the hotel is lacking in much needed updates, some modern mattress, working A/C and please, get rid of those ants!

Location
I made reservations a few weeks in advanced and was given an upstairs room. I requested a well lit area near the office...I guess that I should have explained in more detail. There were several on ground floor rooms near the office that should have been reserved for me. When checking in, I mentioned that I was military and asked about that discount. I was told that I had already gotten it. I made reservations online and there was nothing about military discount mentioned so that was not a true statement by the gal who checked me in.

I was very happy with my stay @ the Village Inn, and will recommend them to friends. The price is reasonable, the food good, staff friendly and the rooms clean..I like having coffee in the room and microwave.
The only suggestion I would make is that you provide more fruit at the continental breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was what I expected for what I was paying and it was clean and adequate for a quick stay to the area.
Controlling the temperature in the room was difficult because it was either really hot with the ac off or very cold when you turned the ac which made it hard to sleep.
